Shop Policy

We offer a secure and easy to use shopping cart with multiple payment options.

Please review your order before submitting. We do not allow changes or add ons once an order has been placed.

We currently accept direct and credit card payments through PayPal and Credit Card Payments through Stripe including Afterpay and Klarna .
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 within the continental US.

Once your order has been placed we will not accept any changes to be made to your order. 

Custom Orders will be shipped upon completion. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Custom Orders and for Major Holidays.

Processing Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days in most cases. Please keep in mind, this is the timeframe for me to process and ship. This does not include shipping times. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
Please note that during the months of June, July, August and September we will only ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday due to the hot weather.

Return/Refund Policy: Returns are NOT accepted, however, if you order is incorrect or damaged, I will gladly correct the issue with a new shipment or refund. Orders that fail to arrive or are damaged by the shipping provider will sometimes require you to submit a claim with USPS.

We will not accept returns simply because you do not like a scent you chose. We do our best to provide accurate scent descriptions and scent notes supplied to us by our suppliers.

Please contact us before returning an item. You must return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item at your own expense. You will receive a full refund for the item (minus shipping) you are returning or have the choice to exchange your item.

If you package arrives damaged or lost Priority shipping includes insurance. Please contact your local post office with the tracking number to file a claim.

Please understand that we have no control over your package once it is picked up by USPS or UPS

The Little Rustic Cottage is not responsible for shipping delays, mishandling or missing items by USPS or UPS if purchaser entered incorrect delivery address, names, email or telephone numbers.
